Who else will be satisfied with the rest of the season if we can just beat the Jets?

Were you satisfied in 2009 when the Dolphins swept the Jets, then proceeded to fold down the stretch, allowing the Jets to leap-frog us on their way to the AFC championship? How about last year when we beat them in NY, then sat home and watched them once again make it to the AFC championship?

I'd rather they beat us twice, finish somewhere between 6-10 and 8-8, and out of the playoffs. Mediocrity is the worst thing that can happen to an NFL team-- just ask Sparano and his back to back 7-9 seasons.

if u were around at the end of last year you would know what a great head coach sparano is. plenty of us were happy with those 7-9 seasons. just give him a chance!! hell turn it around

crack isn't good for you

I love how "fans" are rooting for their team to lose. Do you think anyone in the dolphins organization is trying to tank games?..Hell no. If this team is fighting for a win I would rather it be over the Jets then KC or some other team that we see only once every 4 years.

out of this season thats all i want is us to beat the jets twice thats all im asking for

Yea I greatly enjoyed those victory's as well as beating them in 08 to win the division.
If 2 victorys means we don't get Luck I can live with that.

No way. There are two other winless teams. I am not willing to risk our not getting the top pick just for the fleeting satisfaction of watching Fireman Ed cry, tempting as it is. Let's give those knuckle-dragging a-holes a false sense of superiority this year, go 0-16, get some coaches and a GM who know which end is up, stock up with top-of-each-round picks, go after some can't-miss free agents for a change, and rub their faces in the dirt next year.
