Who has been the worst HC or FO hire by the Phins?

I am posting this in all seriousness. Who do you think has been the worst HC or FO hire by the Phins?

I would have to name (in no particular order) Nick Saban, Jimmy Johnson, Joe Philbin and Jeff Ireland off the top of my head. I would also add Parcells to the list (drafting Jake Long overall #1 when we could have had Matt Ryan or traded down and got Joe Flacco, leaving us in the incapable hands of Tony Sparano and Jeff Ireland, taking Pat White as high as he did, etc.)

I hope that Ross is as tired of the mediocrity as the fans are and he does the right thing and gets some proven talent in the next HC decision. The fans deserve better. The players deserve better.
 
Jimmy Johnson? You the mean the guy that got us to the playoffs a few times? How is he in there with philbin?
 
How the **** did Cam Cameron not make your list? Apart from having two first names, he was probably the worst HC hire I've ever seen, across any sport, at any level.
 
Cam Cameron but Im not sure that a Damn Camobell team could beat a Cam Cameron team

Jimmy Johnson quit on the team and was more interested in spending time on his boat than coaching the Dolphins. His heart wasn't in it during the end of his tenure with the team and it showed.

Good catch. I would definitely put him at or near the top of the list.
 
JJ was the last guy that had a great draft for us. In 3 years he drafted Gardner, Mixon, Zach, JT, Sam Madison, Pat Surtain just to name a few. Worst HC is a tie Cameron and Philbin. Worst GM by far Ireland. He had money and picks but no brains

Everyone is gonna say Cam Cameron for HC, but for me it's without a doubt Philbin. At least Cameron only lasted a year, Philbin found a way to ruin 4 years when he was so clearly the weak link.
 
Cam Cameron was by far the worst coach.

Nick Saban was by far the worst Personnel guy...he did have final say on the roster and draft picks and not one of his draft picks was worth a darn. Taking Ronnie Brown #2 overall was just stupid...the guy had never had more than 145 carries in his college career and was always hurt at Auburn...did you expect him to last a full season in the NFL?

Worst GM (only) guy was Ireland IMO. Spielman didn't have final say when he was here...that was Wannstedt so I can't blame it all on him. Ireland picked the entire 2013 draft class...which had 8 picks in it...only Jenkins is a decent player and he can be upgraded. He also picked Pat White...enough said.
 
Cameroon had a terrible roster and he was a master at inspiring press conferences. "Failing forward fast", and "Ted Ginns family" give him a notch above Failbin.
Failbin was a stooge and a fraud. The guy that hired him is the biggest fool.
 
Spielman. Muller.

They belong on that list as well.

Huizenga's biggest mistake was not listening to Ron Wolf and get Ted Thomson from the Seahawks at that time. I believe it was 2005.
