Who has the "It" Factor?

What is "It" Factor, it is that game changing, game controlling ability that few players have. These players know how to win and it is contagious. You see this in the greats like Tom Brady, Dan Marino, etc. What QBs in college have this It Factor in your opinion?

In my opinion, I would say Burrow, Tua, Hurts.

I agree those have the it factor. I do add Herbert and Fromm to the list. This board is polarized but I fell all 5 go 1st round and drastically improve thier teams.

Burrow is clearly on another level. Just watch this uga game. He’s been picking their defense apart with his arm and out running their linebackers.

Fromm looks like how he always looks. Game manager, nothing more.

Tua has injuries issues beyond just the hip.

I've watched almost every single one of his games. I'm fine having a diff of opinion. But without doubt you have a bias. Just wondering maybe where you went to college, maybe where did you grow up

Fromm is frustrating. He’s only thrown interceptions against SC and today, LSU. The past 4 games completion percentage has been trash:

GT 48.3%
A&M 47.8%
Aub 46.4%
Miz 44.8%
Even today, trending at 44.4%

Watching Fromm for the first time, I do see some positives. He plays with a fire, passion and a want to win. So many QBs don't have that fire. His throws seem off to me, but again his receivers have been horrible tonight. Not saying he has the It Factor, but that fight/fire he has is important and maybe with the right coaching he could be developed into an "It Factor" QB.
