Who has the strongest arm in the NFL?

You'll see Palmer on the list really soon

You'll see him on that list Monday on this board.
The kid is amazing. Many here think his arm is stronger than Boomer's.
Me for one.

Big Ben will be too. I hated to see the Steelers get him. He's real good and very smart. Not the big head like Brees. Vick throws a good deep ball but Farve still has more smoke.

This is no contest.........VICK, VICK, and In Case you didn't see what I wrote....VICK!!! I'm from VA, and i HATED Vick when he was in College with the whole UM, VATech Rivalry, but anyway......... I saw an Aweful lot of Tech games, and Vick is rediculous with his arm strength, effortlesly throws the ball 60-70 yards, rolling out, without even a good throwing motion......... what looks like a little toss goes waaaaaay down field....... I've NEVER seen anyone else do these things

Then you never saw Randell Cunningham. The most amazing player ever in the NFL.

I saw randall I lived in philly during his "heyday" He had a cannon but he also had the biggest wind-up for a deep ball ive ever seen and it got him into a lot of trouble with fumbles.

Did anyone see the QB Challenge this year? I couldn't believe how sorry some of the arms are on pro qb's. Bulger and T. green could barely break 50 yards. Palmer threw it 60. I saw Favre throw it 84 yards about 5 years ago in the qb challenge.

Does anyone remember Steve Bartkowski? Legend has him throwing it goalline to goalline

believe it or not Kyle Boller has one of the strongest arms in the league.

At one of his workouts before he was drafted, he threw a ball from the 50 yardline on his knees and it went through the goal post!
to quote a wiseman:

"if only the defenses he faces played on their knees, baltimore would be in the superbowl every year"

Vick has the strongest arm that we've seen the past couple years, followed by favre. Vick though is way more inaccurate than favre. As most have said, Palmer will be heading that list very shortly, mb after this weeks game!!!! :D

I was reading this article where they debate who the best QB/WR tandem is...
Article Here

most of who obviously said Culpepper/Moss.

Which made me wonder...who has the strongest arm in the NFL.

Culpepper? Vick? Manning? McNair? Collins?...

Ben Rothlesberger from the rookie from the steelers without question has the strongest arm in the nfl, I watched a couple practices and he threw the ball 70 yards with ease and hines ward said he nearly knocked him over on a short pass while rolling out!
Big Ben shall thrive.. It scares me since he is a Squeeler now :(

Unfortunatly for Vick arm strength without accuarcy means pretty much nothing. Yeah he might make a great pass every now and then and make the people eww and ahhh but when it comes down to it. I would rather have a QB like Marino that could knock a fly out of the air 10 yards down field than a QB that can throw the ball 60 yards but has just as good as a chance to the reciever as it does landing in the stands.

I'm Dramatizing this a little but you should get the jist of it.

Marino had a hell of an arm. and he had the accuracy. I guess thats why he was the best passing QB that ever lived.
:D
