Who i think should be gone this offseason!

I think the people who need to go in this team has to be fiedler as a starting qb, and norv turner. I think Norv Turner did a horrible job calling plays this year and last year for the vikings and patriots that cost us our season last year.. I think he has lost lost his magic touch.. or however you want to say it.. i also believe that our defensive coordinator either changes his scheme completely or he should be gone too.. we should have offenses guessing more.. Also we have to get a Gm that will do a effort to every single scenario there is out there in the offseason.. no matter thecap or anything like that, we need someone that takes risks for players and tries to improve this team the best way he can and fast.. What do yall think, and i right or partially right??

And that too.. i also believe we should get one linebacker in place of greenwood that has pass coverage. i dunno if that one could be eddie moore, but none of our LBS can pass cover very well...
