Also, looking at the roster this way makes the recent roster moves not look so drastic. Will Allen going to IR had to be done because their really isn't a roster spot to waste. Keeping him would have meant not getting Benny Sapp (who I think we absolutley need right now as our slot corner) or losing Carroll to another team. Jake Grove has no value but at center and there just isn't the spot to keep a backup at only the center position. I really think that either Marques Douglas or Charles Grant comes back after the first game, but only one of them because there only appears to be one active spot for them barring an injury.
