Are we talking about getting cut?

Or getting benched? (Not top 3)

If getting benched, obviously Gibson, Landry would take over the slot.

If cut, then Binns or whatever other camp HOF FH will fap over the entire pre season.

Wallace
Hartline
Gibson
Matthews
Landry

I will be shocked if opening day 53 WR roster is any different.

Why do people want Gibson gone so bad? I thought he was a solid contributor last year until he went down. What gives?

Where does it say people "want" him gone? That's not what the question is asking. Gibson is the most likely to lose his starting spot to Landry simply because of his injury issues.

i think binns goes to the ps. He is the newer version of juilus pruit hell make noise in training camp and wont ever be heard from again

Binns has used up his eligibility for the practice squad. He has been active for at least 11 games. I believe the limit to be eligible is 9. He either makes the team or not...no PS.

Hopefully Hartline would be the odd man out. If Hartline got cut or traded, that means someone else stepped up and beat him out.

Yes, I get it. He's a go to guy, but when one of your top targets is Hartline, you don't have a good enough receiving group. Davone Bess was a go to guy here too.

Raise your standards. Demand better from your team, ESPECIALLY when we're in an era dominated by the passing game. It would be great if we had receivers who got open consistently and didn't fall down all the time.

You might want to bundle up:

Gibson caught 30 of 43 throws his way for 326 yards, 123 YAC, and 3 TD's. He was also good at blocking for screens and the run. This was done in 6 games. Do the math to extend to 16.

Sure as hell don't want him back starting. lol

IMO it cant be somebody else , IF we have a 3 wr set Wallace,, Hartline and Gibson are our starters , theres noway it could be somebody else , it would have to be either Hartline or Gibson , and I don't see it being Hartline , so IMO IF Landry starts he would have to take Gibsons spot BUT the only way that he wouldn't would be Miami running a 4 WR set then it would be Wallace ,Hartline , Gibson and Landry ....

Nobody wants Gibson gone , I sure don't , BUT from what we all saw from last year , that's what everyone is judging from IMO even if Gibson loses his job to Landry I would still want Gibson as my #4 WR because he did show promise last year b 4 he went down , I really liked what Gibson did what time he played last year and would like to have him and Tannehill to have a year together , I think Gibson can be a 1,000 yd receiver .... IMO Wallace ,Hartline and Gibson will be on the team ,and I think Landry if he dosent beat Gibson out for the #3wr then Landry Will be our #4 when we go to 4 WR SETS ..

Interesting tidbit I didn't know about Landry. He was tied for 2nd biggest hands in the draft at 10 1/4 inches. That's why hes such a great hands catcher

Since he was signed there has been more than enough un-warranted hate thrown his way, and I don't agree that Gibson is going to lose his spot to Landry either.

Again, where does it say anywhere in here that people "want" him gone? Or any thread for that matter? That's not what this thread is asking.

Who do you feel is the odd man out if Landry starts, assuming you have to choose one? Obviously not Wallace. Hartline stays healthy and is reliable enough to stay on the feild, at least between the 20's. Personally, I'm not counting on Gibson to stay healthy. He's already limping around in TC. Therefore, that seems like the most likely spot for Landry this year if he were to start, IMO. I ain't be hatin' yo. I actually like Gibson because he showed he knew where the endzone was and was fairly reliable. Certainly an improvement over Davone "Playmaker" Bess.

Sigh mike wallace is going to miss a week. Might be a precaution I hope this doesn't linger for him

People seem to forget how well Tannehill threw to Gibson before his injury,Gibson will start at least the first 6 games. IMHO, Matthews better stop these drops this training camp or he may not even me the team. I really want Binns on the team over him.
