Post your favorite and your thoughts...

I think Avery Johnson from Dal have made a great job, I mean, he is the only coach who led a team into a 4 - 0 record on this year's playoffs..., but I also think there are many great coaches such as:

Pat Riley (Mia), Mike D'Antoni (Phx), Flip Saunders (Det), Gregg Popovich (SA), Mike Brown (Cle), Jeff Van Gundy (Hou), Phil Jackson (LAL), Mike Dunleavy (LAC), Rick Carlisle (Ind)...

Eventhough my favorite is Avery Johnson from my Mavs...

The Zen Master, Riles, Avery, Pop, and D'antoni.

Those are the clear cut best coaches. The rest are all interchangeable...including Carlise

Larry Brown doesn't coach anymore...he coaches the Knicks..so I didn't include him.

If I had to choose one it has to be the Zen Master

Larry Brown would have been my choice before this year but i'll go with Popovich. Flip Saunders is not a great coach.
