Who Is Worth Keeping On This Staff And Team?

In terms of coaches, only Darren Rizzi and Eric Studesville (RB coach) are worth keeping in my opinion.

There's really not much on this team I'd keep at this point either.

Off the top of my head:
Kenyan Drake
Kalen Ballage
Kenny Stills
Albert Wilson
Laremy Tunsil
Jerome Baker
Xavien Howard
Minkah Fitzpatrick
Matt Haack
Jason Sanders

Everyone else can **** off for all I care.
 
There may be another positional coach or two that can stay, but Haack needs to go. Such an inconsistent leg shouldn't be an NFL punter.
 
Yup, Rizzi and Studesville no doubt. As a matter of fact, may want to promote them. Rizzi to DC, and Studes to OC?

As for players? Don't hate on Tannehill for having no protection. When he is well protected he does well.

I would keep Tannehill, all the RBs, Stills, Butler, Grant, all the TE's except Derby, Tunsil, Larsen, Swanson, James. I'm not sure why all the hate on Larsen, he isn't that bad. On the D I would keep all the DTs, Wake, Alonso, Baker, McMillan, Howard, McCain, Fitz, McDonald, Jones. People gotta realize we were playing with half our team injured, so it wasn't all that bad.
 
Don’t care at this point. Get rid of everyone and start completely over. Expansion this team. Exercise the demons.
 
They need to raze the complex in Davie and build a new building in another location for team headquarters. No doubt that grounds is totally haunted and cursed.

Until this is done, expect more of the same. More of the left hand not knowing what the right is doing, more snorting coke off the hooker's azz, just more, more, more.

Pinch a hole in the practice bubble and hear the collective fart of the franchise across South Florida
 
When you need so much talent on both lines I think it qualifies as close to a total rebuild.

As far as keepers maybe about a dozen. Howard and Tunsil have been terrific. Fitzpatrick is an emerging star, Baker had a nice rookie year. Wilson was a nice find in free agency. There are a few others, but not many.

Grier might be worth keeping at GM.

I would rather completely clean house and get rid of them all! Even the scouts need to go!
