Personally I think Ireland sucks.....and to prove this even more, his best moves are ones that he didn't make. Yes, his best work is not doing something stupid, like picking up Flynn....etc.

I guess by default, best pick has to be Tannehill. I'm not ready to annoint him a franchise QB, but he has proven himself this year.to be a capable QB.

Worst pick of Jeff's tenure with Parcells is a tie between Phillip Merling, a.complete waste of what was technically a first round pick, and Pat White. Post-Parcells, a tie between Jonathan Martin and Dallas Thomas.
