Three guys really stood out to me. The first was Fred Barnes, his hands are amazing which makes sense since he caught over 150 passes this year. That's more catches in a year than most have in a career. He's not fast by any stretch of the imagination which made me think Patrick Turner but Turner never had that type of production. In the 6th or 7th round this guy might be is worth a look and he'd be a great UDFA signing.
The second guy was Jamar Wall a CB from Texas Tech. He's 5'11" 205LBS and he makes plays on the ball. He had at least 2 PBU in the game. He'll come late and cheap and would be a good replacement for Nate Jones as our nickel CB and if Sean Smith doesn't learn to jam then he might eventually develop into a #2 CB.
The last guy is O'Brian Scofield DE/OLB from Wisconsin. He was playing OLB for the first time this week and he came up with an INT early in the first quarter and played well despite looking hesitant at times. For a test run at OLB it went as good as it could have and he really showed that with some work he can make the transition and he's already proven he can rush the passer, he was tied for 4th in the nation this year with 12 sacks. I think he'll go anywhere from the late 3rd to the 4th round. If we could get him anywhere in that range he'd be a solid pick up.
PS. Greg Hardy is a great pass rusher and has horrible work ethic, he's gotten huge. This guy has all kinds of red flags, what a waste of talent.
