How about the doctors who said Daunte would be ready before Drew Brees.

they never said he would be back before brees, they decided which one was less risky

shoulder vs knee

It's only natural to take a guy with a bad knee over a guy with a bad throwing arm shoulder.

I dont blame the team for taking Daunte over Brees.

How about taking a Qb whos not injured?

In the long run Culpepper could end up being better than Brees, still have to see if Brees could last the whole season being healthy.

Mularkey for starters. Then Mare. Then our whole O line except Vernon Carey. Then all our safeties. Then our defensive backs coach.

Why except Vernon Carey? He hasn't been all that great.

I know there is a DB coach ,but doesn't Saban oversee the Db's
since its his specialty. Or am I reading something into this the wrong
way 1966?

I believe Saban has a much larger hand in his DBs than the average NFL coach but I dont think he 'runs' them.

He has been inconsistent but he's fairly young and has potential.

I understand hes young and has potential, but why start him like they have, Right now have him as a backup and find a proper starter.
