Ireland, for not landing a franchise QB. Ill place some of the blame on Parcells too but most on Jeff. We cannot allow him to lead us into the draft next year.

I voted Sporano due to the fact that he is the guy that moulds the supplied product. The coaches would have a very good idea on who they want drafted or selected in FA. The FO basically alligns the paychecks. Ireland has had one draft with no imput from Parcells, and alothough not stellar yet, 3 picks may stay & hit. Not too bad for a 1st attempt.

No Sporano has had 3 seasons to work out where he went wrong. He is still looking.

We have enough talent on this team NOT to be 0-4. Against Houston our guys took the first and 4th quarters off... and we lose. Who's fault is that? Who is responsible for getting them ready to play? We played lethargic against Cleveland. We lose. I think these guys will no longer play for Sparano, thus it's his fault IMHO. Does anybody on this forum think a coach like Cowher, Gruden or Fischer does not get this team ready to play...enough to win 1 of the 4 games we have played. Now the Jests will have a chance to get well on us, because our guys will get paid for the game win or lose, and our "coach" will have little to say about the outcome. F*** Sparano, he can't even get his specialty ( the OL) to play like they should.
