He needs to go ASAP, if he doesn't change this horrible play calling these week vs the bears, saban needs to fire him. ronnie should be getting the ball 20+ times a game NO MATTER WHAT. not put the ball in joeys hands for 65+ plays.

Better question... who thinks he shouldnt?

mabey saban will read this thread so let's make sure he knows where we stand haha. (i wish)!

With that said... this would be the one game I wouldnt be too upset about Ronnie not getting 20+... only because I think he is going to have about as much success as he did vs. Pitt... which was none.

HOWEVER... if Ronnie is able to actually gain yards on the ground, and the Bears dline isnt dominating us... then he better get 20+ carries or I am going to snap. And that doesnt include shotgun draw plays... which are horsecrap...

Ronnie really needs to have his hands on the ball if we are going to stand a chance against the Bears. And yes, Mooooolarkey needs to go!

he needs to go

i mean it is not going to hurt one way or another if we let him go right now

maybe we should try someone all ready in the organization that has been here for a little why who has seen what our players can do

His name is Charlie Baggett. He is our WR coach. He was Linehan's right hand man. Linehan brought him from Minny, where he also worked with Culpepper.

Baggett was here last year when our offense was so successful. He knows these players and how get the most out of them.

Asking if Mularky should be fired is like asking if Bush should be in office. We all know the answer to that.

that is who i was thinking of

i think he would know how to run this offense

Playing calling has been terrible he needs to go ASAP. Promote Bagget or Garret for the rest of the year, and maybe hire someone else in the offseason.

Honestly, I don't think he's fit to be an NFL coach. Last year I saw how aweful he was then all the sudden they started winning and I thought.. Hmm.. Maybe he's not that bad after all. Then this year and all I see is the same stuff as before. His play-calling and coaching is not a good fit for the NFL. Maybe I'm wrong, and I hope I am. Maybe he's trying too hard and pushing them too hard. All I know is the play-calling when you watch the games is very easy to tell what Miami is going to do almost every play. Watch for yourself this Sunday and watch them line-up. You'll see what I mean. You know almost exactly what they're going to do every down. Not good.
