Sparano is not a good game day coach. Ireland is a middle tier talent evaluator and Sparano is worse than a good fan at game management and talent evaluation.

The talent evaluators and scouts are not very good at what they do.
Sparano letting Henning do whatever he wanted last season
Sparano/Ireland missing on so many offensive line players
Nolan still cant stop tight ends...didn't we bring in help for that reason
Players looked out of shape for the most part...poor conditioning
and poor work ethics on our players
4 years of drafts and free agency and we have the team you witnessed last night

Can you imagine the "shat hit the fan" if a Ray Lewis was in that disaster of a game
someone would have been knocked out in that locker room.
