We all know C-Pep wont play another down this year...I mean what would be the point? If we somehow get close to playoffs, Joey will stay in there, if we finally go in the tank, why risk serious injury for next year right? So what Veteran QB is out there, that we can sign when he gets placed on IR? Did Belichick sign Testaverde before we could, because there really is no other one out there?
I propose signing Tim Couch. Somebody has to see what hes got to offer, come on he was a former #1 draft pick, and I am sure its a better choice than lets say Jeff George? So who are we gonna sign, whos out there waiting?

these threads just get worse and worse

I would think he probably wont sign a vet unless Joey goes down. Cleo would be the backup and Vick probably would be the emergency 3rd QB.

yea this coming from the guy who started a thread stating this:

Dolphins-17 vikings-0

R. Brown - 17 carries 62 yds

J. Harrington - 22/40 300 yds 2 TD 3 INT

Again, the defense carries the team...Brown doesnt get much in the running game. Harrington does his usual, marginally poor self. But the defense will dominate this Vikings team, which is worse than us offensively.

these stats dont even make sense. Especially 3 Int's and 0 points for the Vikings. Why would we throw the ball 40 times with a 17 point lead? I would think Ronnie would finish around 26 carries for about 100 yards right?

are you even a dolphins fan?

yes. i also consider myself somewhat intelligent. if you think the dolphins are going to come out and rush the ball for over 100 yards you dont know football. we are going to attack their secondary. did you see what new england did to them? harrington is goign to throw 40 times this sunday.

Something tells me we draft JaMarcus Russell if he comes out this year. Just a hunch. Go Bucks! - had to get that one in.

ummm no, we only throw that much when we abandon the run because we are behind by more than 10 points. You say we will win 17-0, that says to me, we will run out the entire 4th quarter. Last time harrington threw for over 40 we Lost. Your right on one thing though....your somewhat intelligent. And if our offense is so enept like you think it is, what makes you think we can do the same things as New England did against them?

Marcus Vick :confused2

He can be used as #3, that way we don't need to sign anyone or cut anyone for that matter.

Well if C-Pep goes on IR, it will create a roster spot. That leaves us Joey, Lemon, and some of you think Vick. That probably wont cut it.
