I love that physical win by the New York Jets. They have the type of talented attacking defense that we expected to field.
It still made no sense that they were running the ball twice at the end of the game, when all they had to do was kneel down. There's already been a famous reversal in an old stadium not long from the same spot.
San Diego and McCoy made some strange play calls at the goal line, when a victory was there to be had. I root for Robert Griffin to lose every game.
Buffalo really blew that game. But I was happy the Chiefs covered the spread if they were going to win. I had some leans toward taking Buffalo plus the points but the spread simply wasn't high enough to justify it. The numbers on the Chiefs are more like a 2-loss team than an unbeaten team. I would have taken +7 but not +5.
Greatest outcome of the day was the Panthers relentlessly embarrassing the Falcons and Matty October. I won a bet on that one. Carolina should have swept Atlanta last season. The Falcons have been fraud creeps for years. They deserve a muzzled battered season.
