You wait till the end of the season. Lets not forget we fired Sparano early and then the new HC got two more wins and dropped us in the draft. Let him finish out the season.

Tony Sparano may be the next coach of the Raiders (franchise is doomed). Clueless Joe and Tony make up quite the tandem when in the same room.:lol2:
 
Honestly, thought he shouldn't have been brought back after last year. I don't think it accomplishes anything to fire him three games in to this season.

Now, if this was a poll about firing the owner, I'd be on board with it ....
 
Fire him and promote the dline coach as interim head coach. that unit is the only one that has been properly coached.
Coyle needs to go a seasons end. His scheme sucks.
Let Hickey pick the nest coach.
All remnants from Parcels regime must be cast out.
 
I can't defend anyone on the team except for Mike Wallace and Lamar Miller today.

And that certainly includes the coaching.
 
I have been on the band wagon and drank the Kool Aid but this sucks. Our team is seldom ready to play and has been stomped 5 out of 6 halves this year. WTF...we are getting progressively worse rather than better. Don't worry though, we'll win six or seven once we are eliminated from the playoffs to make sure our pick sucks too. Scorched earth...fire them all!
 
I do but it's never gonna happen, lose the next 2 though and he could be gone, 3 and only a fool would keep him around... oh hang on a minute :(
