The Raiders taking Heyward Bey this year at #7 or Scam Cameron taking the Ginn Family at #9 in 07?

how about the vikings taking harvin???

Easily Davis picking Bey. Ginn may have been a reach, but he was still the top rated receiver in that draft. He was an accomplished receiver on a championship team.

Bey isn't exactly a scrub, but he's a lot more of a project, and you arguably had two guys who were better projections at wide receiver.

DHB was the bigger reach because he was less proven in college. not to mention he was the 3rd best reciever prospect. at least ginn was the top rated reciever at the time

DHB is a used Cadillac compared to the Rolls-Royce (Crabtree) they overlooked. Al Davis needs to be put in the Old Folk's Home.

Given that Schefter reported Rams were going to take Ginn at 10 when we took him and no one was taking Heyward Bey before the Ravens at 26 i'd say its pretty obvious

The rams did not have the 10th pick. There were alot of teams that were looking at Bey. Bey is the bigger reach although White to me is a bigger reach than either.

Calvin Johnson was the top rated reciever in the 2007 draft by far, not Ted Ginn. But I still have high hopes for Ginn.

When the biggest problem you have as a WR is catching the ball you probably shouldn't be a top ten pick. Way to go Oakland

Maybe a Big Ten Champion, but not a National Champion:D
