Who was playing the 3rd LB with the 1st team 4-3 Defense at minicamp?

Spragen, Hodge or Newman? :confused:






Also, who were the starting 4 LBs in the 3-4 Defense at minicamp?
J.Taylor/Crowder/Thomas/?????
 
I expect Newman to win the job. He is the better LB as far as overall play. Spragen may be the smartest of the bunch, but I think Hodge will be a serious darkhorse. Hodge is underrated. He has good size and very good speed for a LB. He is also a better better blitzer than Spragen or Newman.
 
Agree, Newman #1 then Hodge a close second. but who was playing first string over the weekend?

I saw a picture showing Crowder/Thomas/Spragan (#59) on the field together, but I'm not sure if this was the entire weekend, or just a few plays.

:confused:
