With the owners passing the CBA the players association is almost gaurenteed to sign off on it.

That means Free agency will officially begin 12:01 am on saturday.

So who will be a phin on Saturday and maybe who won't be...

not official yet...upshaw i dont think has said he will move back free agency....however when it starts..brees will be the new starting quarterback i hope.
