when we lose consistently, I'm not someone that gives up. I don't believe in giving up on young, talented players esepcially ones that have had so much success for my team.

In other words, he can suck for his entire career and as long as the team wins some games (in spite of Sanchez), you'll back him as the starter. Good. Ask the Jets to continue to overpay him as well. I wish you were on the Jets coaching staff and actually had some say in the matter.

Hoops. Think our line will have a field day against Wayne hunter and that rams line?

if they play us like they played the cards with the tackles it's gonna be a meet me at the qb convention all game long...i expect bradford to have long day if they don't protect those tackles...and with amendola out who is his go to guy i just don't see where the plays in the passing game will come...one thing though if bradfords got time he can throw balls into tight windows down the field with the best of them...his vertical accuracy and ball placement is terrific stuff...but i think we'll get him off his landmark a lot in this one...

at wr brian quick has done nothing except waste snaps...givens is a vertical threat we musta account for the most polished wr of the group may be brandon gibson...

we should roll in this one...i have a few reservations about going after their corners in the passing game janoris jenkins tools are terrific but he'll bite on some stuff also but if we can keep the ends off tannehill we should be fine...i expect a 10 plus point win sunday

Good summery, what shocked me about the Jets the other night was that they couldn't even get the right players, or even the right amount of players on the field. 2 different times they had to call timeout because they had the wrong players out. Very very bad coaching.

i chalk all that up to the oc...all of it...i can't imagine the players on o weren't standing within ear shot the entire time on the sideline waiting for their # to be called...but sparano i think called some things that the personnel didn't match up for...sanchez may have some blame also but it looked to me like the play calls were very very late coming in

We need to cut down on stupid turnovers. Those will kill us. I'm terrified every time dt hits the line and gets stood up. Chris long will be a good test for our rookie rt

one other thing about the rams...they got a backup rb i don't even know where he came from but he's explosive as a runner and he can make plays...impressive looking find...kind of in the mold of the back for cinci bernard scott who gave us fits til he tore his acl in the game he was a problem for us and i could see that backup rb who has passed 2nd round pick isiah pead on the depth chart making some splash plays...

but probably not enough of em to beat us

don't sleep on robert quinn either...that kids really developing...they got a pair of bookends that do damage...kendall langford does what he did when he was here...provide no pass rush

Quinn went to my highschool

Dude is a monster.

I suppose those would be meaningful stats if the kick was 50+ yards.... but hey, why let reality cloud your opinions...

follow along, it was vaark who posted the 50+ stats. The kicks were near 50 yds anyway.

Sanchez made a big play late against Houston.... didn't you see the terrible INT to lose the game?

the one that Cumberland dropped?

you we3e right about the 100 (see unlike you I admit it). What i meant to say was up thru Saturday, kickers made 25 out of 29 which is still 86%. When a QB, specifically TanneThrill entrusts the lead to a kicker earning 3mil you expect him to do his job es-pecially when his peers have been doing theirs so well this season.

You'd expect a 4 year pro like Grosschez aka now kn own on jets forums as "SadSack" to have a better than 44% completion record the last 4 games after what turned out to be a fluke first game as NE and SF proved. Pathetic. Pete Carroll knew all along what he was talking about and probably wouldnt touch him now with a ten foot pole. He definitley got what he deserved to close out Monday night after tempting fate all night and doing virtually nothing aside from running down the sideline to cheer on McKniight.

Hennehill set up a near 50 yd FG on wet grass.

Sanchez has won 3 more games than Pete ever has in the playoffs.

I have to admit mate you are the most dedicated internet troll I have ever come across. You genuinely must love your craft, congrats.

God damn you're slow man.. You are the Skip Bayless equivalent for Mark Sanchez rather than Tebow. I seriously can't wait for the day that Sanchez is done, so we can all laugh about this. Although, you will probably come up with some reason or another as to why the Taco is still a good QB.

uk_dolfan said it best.. the most committed internet troll out there. Congrats..

lame.... just use the real distance instead of near-50 yard kick 5000 times. Obviously the success rate for kicks between 40-49 is even better.

the one that Cumberland dropped?

Unfortunately he was expecting an NFL quality throw.... he'll learn.

Nah. Just a huge jets homer and one of the most ardent Sanchez apologists. It's like the guy whose family, friends, co-workers, wife, girlfriend all tell him he's an alcoholic but the only one who doesn't think that is him and the drunk next to him at the bar. If everyone tells you that you are something and the only one who doesn't see it is you than odds are you aren't seeing things for what they really are.

Its like the die hard sports fan who dismisses every other fan base, analysist, pundits etc opinion and thinks the only one who truly has an objective, realistic, rational opinion on their team is them. The die hard homer.

LOL, that early playoff success for sanchez was probably the worst thing that could have happened to the jets cuz it gives them false belief that hes a franchise qb. In every other press conference rex ryan brings up those playoff wins to justify starting sanchez. Loser jet fans like you bring up those playoff wins to defend sanchez. The fact is he had an awful rookie year and it took an absolute miracle just for the jets to get in the playoffs, and his next 2 years hes basically been chad henne, and this year hes been worse than henne ever was. 2 years from now when sanchez is still struggling we'll still be hearing fat rex say "i believe in mark, we've had playoff success with him" LOL Its not like he won a super bowl or had a lights out regular season to lead them to the playoffs, hes a below average qb who played well in the playoffs after his team's defense and running game led them there.

I don't understand the hate on Junc. It's his team, he should defend them, as we should ours. Debate friendly and enjoy the rivalry.
