Who will our new 3rd string QB be?

With Pennington out we need a third QB on our roster. What's the chatter? Who might we bring in? Who do you like and who do you think is likely? (You can choose more than one of the above listed candidates.)

Add Pat White to the list. He will be third this year, behind whatever veteran we bring in.

Technically Pat White will be listed as our #2 QB so he can line up in the Wildcat. The #3 QB can always enter the game just like Henne did against San Diego.

Only Garcia, Young, and Anderson are currently on a 53 man roster and Garcia might not be for much longer once McNabb returns. So we would only have to trade for Young or Anderson. That wouldn't be my first choice.

Woodson, Brohm, Daniel, Booty, and Carpenter could all be poached off the practice squad as long as we sign them to our 53 man roster. The rest are free agents.

I think they'll look for a veteran. They have 2 young guys and can't sign a third. The exception would be Beck (ugh) who knows the offense but would require a trade.
