Don't get me wrong I love Welker. He's decent at returning (definitely serviceable) but isn't great. he'll never be anything more than a 3rd receiver but that's not a knock because he's great at that role.

however, i wouldn't mind seeing someone with some more speed come in and takeover that role and let him concentrate more on offense. i would assume he'll be our 3rd receiver the whole year this season and would like to see him develop more in that role this year.

Shirdonya Mitchell and Kelly Campbell have excellent speed and experience returning kicks. They will compete.

Welker will be, end of story, did u see that higlight real for welker yesterday i think , he is great, and will continue to be our kick returner, IMHO

Sinorice!

If not, then Kelley Campbell please.

I bet Kelly Cambell and Wes Welker will split those duties. Wes has good vision on the kickoff and has the big play ability on punts but never seems to break it. Kelly Cambell is just pure speed and a big play waiting to happen. I would be happier with either of those guys doing either of those roles.

I'd love to see what Mitchell can do. I like Campbell more than Welker (although I love Welker). Both are quick, but I think Campbell has a bit more quickness. Welker has great moves though.

I love welker but i would put mitchell or campbell on kick return and let welker do punt returns and 3rd wr, welker rarely makes mistakes on punt returns.

Saban did say he liked Skyler Green from LSU to return punts and kickoffs, but that was awhile ago. We will have to wait to see if we draft him.

This may be a long shot and probably won't happen, but me being a hurricanes fan and seeing Hester play why not pick him in the fourth. I think he will drop that low because he has no set position. He ran a 4.3 in workouts (Return Man) and Saban (like everybody has been saying can teach anybody to play in the secondary) can mold him into a cornerback. He got some experience at that position in college, why not?
