Who will sign their tender and who won't

Well, there is only 29 hours until the RFA marker closes for the year. The Dolphins have 4 RFA. We know this much so far:

RB Travis Minor

Will NOT Sign their tender

Minor will be back, he doesn't have much of an option.

Minor will definitely sign the tender. He has been participating in the Dolphins offseason conditioning program and I doubt that anyone else will offer him a contract.

The only RFA who won't sign their tender is Ogunleye.

Minor belongs with the Rosenfels and Greenwood group he's never said he wont play ball.

Minor is a class act, and a very smart and talented football player. He is the perfect back to sub for Ricky. Henry is a good back as well. I wouldn't mind seeing the two share carries when ricky comes out. Just think, give them each 30 carries for the year each, and that's 60 less hits ricky has to take, but of course, who wants ricky out of the game.
