What do you think who will take on Bill Parcells job if he leave Miami ?
I think Brian Gaine has a good chance.
 
Gaine going from head of scouting to Ireland's boss...hmmmm,i just don't see that happening...
 
its going to be ireland he is molding him into that position
 
Well, being that we just made up the position of VP of football operations, I don't think anyone will need to take his place.

the postion doesnt exist without him, it is made up. i dont even know what you are talking about with his number?
 
As someone wrote earlier this position did not exist before in this franchise.. Imo no one will succeed him and Ireland will stay at GM and will have full control over the personnel decisions..
 
For all you guys that thought I was on target when i mentioned that VP of football operations was nonexistent before Parcells, you could show your thanks for me pointing it out and .... thank me for the post.

Make sure your thanks are at least double your thanked! (unless your Vaark and can't help it that everyone thinks your posts are so great)
 
Ireland will just have complete control over personnel I'd imagine.

The mythical post will go away when Parcells leaves.
