Should we trade up to take Calvin Johnson,Quinn.

Stay at 9 and grab Levi Brown,Landry.

Trade down and get a few picks.Or trade someone and are 9 for late 1st rd and some extra picks, maybe a 2-4 rd.Not sure on the point value.
I really like Johnson,Quinn,Landry.

Quinn,I think could be the real deal.

And Levi Brown.Im not sure.

Me personaly would trade down and grab some extra picks, trade some dudes that dont cut it and sign some steals in FA.

If we cant get Quinn,Johnson for a trade up it would be wise to trade down.Fill more holes.

What do you guys think.

I dont believe in predicting trades, whether its trading up or down, you simply cannot predict this sort of stuff. It's one of my biggest pet peeves when someone tries to prove a trade (whether its up or down) will happen. IMO, we're staying at #9.

With that said, we either Draft the BPA, which IMO will be a defensive guy like Landry, Branch, or Okoye. However, i'd grow to accept the reach for Levi brown. If Brown proves that he's worth a top 15 pick, the i'll understand reaching for him at #9

I want Quinn....but I think T. Ginn will be the BPA.

I agree with you that we should stay at #9 and take Levi Brown if available.

I would still like to trade down and aquire a few more picks since this team has SO many needs that have to be filled with the draft rather than
over priced free agents

it all starts up front. we've had makeshift o-lines for years and i'm sick of it. then the qb gets the blame after being on his back most of the time.

This team is bad enough that trading up for one player does not make sense. Calvin Johnson is a great player, but if we traded to move up to #3 (he's not getting past Tampa Bay at #4) then we will have to give up at least our #2 pick as well. I don't like that logic. I am willing to trade down if somebody's slipping, but I think that the most important thing is to use our picks well by taking BPA. There are enough holes on this team that nobody's job is safe other than Ronnie's.
