How can anyone pick this team in a blow out win with a straight face? There has been one all season, yes against the Jets, but IMHO that made it even less likely to happen again. I thought Finheaven knew the team, after all people freak out when the talking heads pick against us, they are all morons. Seriously how can anyone pick a Dolphins blow out and claim to know anything about this team? That's what I want to know.
 
I cautiously picked Miami to win. I guess I suck. Anyway, on to the next phase, fire everyone please..

Don't congratulate me. My team lost. I was hoping we'd win but I sure as hell didn't think we'd win in a blow out. I have a 40+ year history with this team. I've seen this scenario before.

Now the Fins are capable or winning this game but I expect a dog fight and I think our offense will sputter again keeping the Jets in the game. If I'm the Jets I cram the football right down our throats early to limit turnovers and not make things easy for our offense. I'd be content to run, run, run, Punt until Miami can prove they can move the ball consistently. This is going to be a tough game we've lost to garbage QB's in the past so it's not impossible to lose to Geno Smith.

Reasoning why a blow out was unlikely.
 
I love how the folks who predicted a blowout based on nothing but dumb loyalty have to be bitter by congratulating the objective fans who knew a blowout was a dumb prediction and a loss was very possible. Talk about sore sports. I'm a die hard Dolphins fan who would be thrilled had they won but thinking this was going to be an easy win was laughable. Also I don't care at all about being right about what I post on finheaven as I realize in the grand scheme of life it means nothing. I just can't believe do many people who follow the team closely saw a blowout. Mind boggling!

Eventually you get one of your 10 assumptions a week right. You were right on some, wrong for the most part. I see you are still chirping away tonight, I guess the loss wasn't that bad of a hit for you. By the way what did you do with all that gatorade your wife was going to shower you with?

The loss has been brutal. I am pissed and feel awful.

My "assumptions" as you put came to true. Miami could not stop the run. Geno would play better than people thought. Miami's pass pro was okay acutally...got that wrong. However, I said ultimately the Jets would play loose and Fins tight. That happened.

Maybe you should say that I was right. Maybe you should not dismiss issues I have leading into a game so easily.

Prove they were tight. The Tannehill misses to Wallace? Yeah thats never happened before... Wheeler played like crap when he's been soooo amazing all season, must have just been tight... Poor run blocking-- chalk it up to tightness. Hartline's knee was definitely tight, I'll give you that one. Or maybe the losing team is always the tight team, tight equals loser and loser equals tight, is that it?

The team looked focused and jacked on that TD to me, but maybe I'm just not an expert on reading tightness...

Geno Smith sucks
Rex sucks
We beat them before
The Jets suck
Junc is delusional

When you point out concerns your just negative . When it happens you're an asshole who always wanted the fins to lose.

I'll say it again anyone who predicted a fins blowout once this year was throwing darts. Nothing to back it up.
