Forgive my Dolphins ignorance but who wore number 15? I bought a framed photo of this (hopefully) great player thinking that later I could find out who it was. Besides being apperantly a QB I know nothing. Any info would be greatly appericated! Thanks in advance.

No the picture of the guy that I have is wearing the classic Dolphins jersey with the stripes at the end. Looks to be Circa 1970's. He appears to be a QB and is wearing the number 15.

Free, I bought a real nice Miami Dolphins pen that kinda fell apart. I was eyeballing this photo and they offered it to me for free for my troubles. WOrth == 14.99

Sounds like Earl Morral to me!

I got it. The QB that wore #15 for the Miami Dolphins was Earl Morral.

1972 the Dolphins completed the NFL's first and only perfect season, winning every regular season game, two playoff games and Super Bowl VII, defeating the Washington Redskins 14-7. (The 1948 Cleveland Browns had accomplished this, but as members of the All-America Football Conference.) (The 1948 Cleveland Browns had accomplished this, but as members of the All-America Football Conference.) During this season, Griese and veteran quarterback Earl Morrall shared the passing duties, and running backs Larry Csonka and Mercury Morris became the first teammates to rush for more than 1,000 yards each. The offensive line included future Hall of Fame members Jim Langer and Larry Little and Pro Bowler Bob Kuechenberg. You're welcome bro!!!

You know, considering Earl Morral was the Quarterback for most of that perfect season, I think they should have retired that number or put him on the ring of honor. (I don't think he is, is he?)
