Who would be on the GM map?

I'm thinking Gaine gets promoted and Dawn Aponte gets more control. Gaine and his staff have already started doing legwork for FA and draft and I think to keep continuity, he will get promoted as someone Philbin is familiar with.

This is a one-year trial for all of them. Make it work, they all stay. Another season without playoffs, everyone goes.

after all this time?!! no way do you give this up to "interns".. go get a football guru right away!

I do not mind Gaine. Aponte is dangerous.
 
Marty Hurney... deposed GM of the Carolina Panthers, the one who built this franchise, and currently out of a job.
