I've wrote about it, so has everybody else. We all agree that the phins are lacking in talent. But since we all agree the coaching staff is evaluating the current rosters talent, who do you think we should get for this team that can be real contributors in the future when we are supposed to be playoff contenders.

I feel the offensive and defensive lines are pretty much done. The last thing we need is a nt.

On defense is that which brings us to major problems. Our linebacker crew is shoddy to say the least. Joey Porter, gone in the offseason. Unfortunately is mouth is starting to write checks is butt cant cash. I was stoked last year when we added him as a compliment to jt, but on his own he just isn't the playmaker he used to be (mize well eat that cap space up while we are still rebuilding). Ayodele, stop gap, period. Charlie Anderson, looked good in the preseason, but now still proving he is only a special teams player. Hopefully we have two capable nfl starting linbackers on this squad (Crowder and Roth) only two more to go. The secondary is just as shaky as the lb's. Bell can play s and Allen can be a #2 cb. The last problem we will need to fix is finding playmakers on the offense outside.

The big question is how are we going to fix these problems. Finding a qualily starter on defense should be easy. With our first pick in the draft either Maualuga, Laurinitis, or Jenkings (I could care less who it is). If, and more than likely we draft a lb, the secondary may be more of a crap shoot. Hopefully either Chung from Oregon or Smith from Wake fall to our first # 2. Both have their ups and downs, but would definately be an upgrade.

With the second through the fourth round I would be looking for a stop gap DT and some playmaking wr's. Maybe Magee from Purdue or Hypolite from Texas as the big man in the middle, and some SEC products for wr in Byrd from LSU and Kelly from Clemson.

I think with a draft like this and probably a couple free agent signings it would greatly improve our top tier talent. What I want to know is who do you think we should keep, who should we jetison, and how would you replace them.

by keeping who do you mean the rookies, vets, or are u talking everyone in general

actually as soon as we could find the replacements everyone from the saban and cam regime will be gone for the exceptions of crowder, roth, brown, and satele

To many holes to be filled to name prospects. I think the only players pre-Trifecta on the roster after 2 more off seasons are Crowder, Satele and ppossibly Roth.

I see major moves done this offseason.

I'm predicting that Bell, Goodman, hill, maybe JA(depending on his play this year if he actually plays), crowder, roth, porter, and holliday all gone

I replace them with Michael Hamlin, Domonique Johnson, chris Gamble, Rey maulagua, 2nd round OLB(possibly maurice evans from penn state) Karlos Dansby, and i dont know.

As for the offense, not many changes. Hagan, wilford, and cobbs might be gone. Id like to sign williams to replace wilford and maybe london can replace hagan.

i know this is all unrealistic, but it could happen. And it would put our team in a perfect situation. williams, gamble and dansby are all young and in their primes. And the draft picks all fill major needs one way or another.

If things keep going the way they are, it wouldn't be surprising to see another third of the roster turned over again next offseason. Everyone except this year's draft picks and Smiley are candidates for the unemployment line. I'd guess their replacements will primarily come from next year's draft, with another rather muted free agency.

1st year - D&Oline
2nd year - OLB/Secondary
3rd year - skill positions

I could see the D-Line staying the same for the most part even with Holliday and Ferguson back as veteran leaders. I see a totally different line backing core for the most part (Porter, Crowder, Roth gone). The secondary should totally be revamped, as well. Hopefully Carey is re-signed on the offensive line to get some stability there. A big player must be added to either the recieving corps or the secondary in the offseason.

Yes those 4 will stay in my opinion , also may stay will allen and maybe jason allen i think jason has not played enough in a D that suits his quickness i`m sure they are finding out how to use him better .

others that will stay : greg camarillo = hard worker , great hands , ricky williams ( but we could benefit from a nice trade ) , davone bess = showing versatility ,nice moves . john beck = calm good backup QB .

ad i have to say that this years draft was great ... 6 starters that are playing very well ... my hat off to the trifecta

next draft will be focused on NT , LB and CB .

I think Holliday is gone. His replacement is already on the roster...

I think Crowder is gone. Possible replacements include Karlos Dansby in free agency, or Maualuga, Laurinaitis, Brandon Spikes, Jasper Brinkley, Aaron Curry via the draft.

I think Roth is still misplaced as an OLB in the 3-4...too slow.....it's just better than putting him at DE....he's a rotational guy at DE in a 4-3....that's it. Gone...

I think Joey Porter is gone. We need some legit pass rushing OLB/DE hybrids in the worst way for this defense to work. George Selvie, Brian Cushing, Michael Johnson, Greg Hardy, Antonio Coleman, Everette Brown, etc. are all possible replacements via the draft.

I wanted to resign Vernon Carey this past offseason, but he has to improve his play from here on out to deserve that. Otherwise, we may be taking the best tackle in the draft again in with a top 5 pick. (Michael Oher). Oher is a better pure left tackle prospect than Jake Long IMO...I think Oher would eventually shift Long over to the right side....strengthening the offensive line even more.

The whole secondary needs to be revamped. Jason Allen, Goodman, Hill, blah, blah......none of them belong in the NFL. Trade what you can...cut the rest. Asomugha should be a target in free agency. I also think that the secondary should be a focal point of the draft, possibly using 4 picks to address CB and safety.

WR obviously needs an upgrade. Trade what you can....cut the rest other than Bess. Roy Williams would look awful good in a Phin uni. Otherwise, I don't think we'll be using a high pick on a WR....unless it's Derrick Williams . I think we could get good value at WR in the middle rounds that would be at worst, as good as we have now....Aaron Kelly, Kenny Britt, etc.

I also wouldn't rule out an upgrade at TE over Martin to play opposite Fasano. A player that adept at blocking, receiving, etc.

I agree that the lines are almost complete minus a legit player at NT to take over for Ferguson, and more depth along the interior of the offensive line. Nduckwe is awful....

Whew.....I'm exhausted....
