Well we all saw the success of the spread option look in the game yesterday and how it befuddled the Pats D.

But my question is since i think we will keep this formation in the playbook....Who would you like to see take the snaps in that offense?

Ronnie Brown- with his success why change it looks like he made great decisions and what a throw to Fasano.

Ricky Williams- i dont know how we would look doing this but it could be a different look maybe throw off the D

Ted Ginn- Now i think having him be part of this formation let him take the reverse take the snaps get him out on a pitch anything. I think that he should be worked into this scheme somehow i know Ricky and Ronnie are fast and strong but Ginn offers that element that one missed tackle and he is making a house call.

So for me....I say keep Ronnie to run it keep taking some snaps but to make an effort to get Ginn some touches if it be by taking the snap or getting the ball handed off to him.

What do you guys think? one of these three or someone else?

Ronnie Brown. He is known to have good hands. Ricky Williams is known to fumble the ball. I'd rather have Ronnie Brown handle the shotgun snap.

Ted Ginn should only run the ball on a rare occasion. I don't think we want Ted Ginn regularly getting hit by 300 lb linemen. Leave that to Ronnie & Ricky.

My bigger concern is Pennington, when he's lined up at WR. We have to make sure that opposing teams don't try to take out his knees while he's out there. Like he's focused on blocking a DB, and some LB cuts out his knees from under him.

I would like to snap all day long on Mischa Barton in the spread formation.

I'd like to see them get Bess involved in this, either pitching it to him or faking a pitch to him. He's a great ingredient to add to the defenses' confusion. You want a shifty guy like that involved during these kinds of plays.

I never thought of Bess he is that kinda operate in small spaces shifty guy i think we have alot of guys who could be part of it making it especially hard to try to game plan for it.

Ginn could definately come around on that reverse like ricky did, then give it to him or fake.

If it ain't broke.....

True enough, but it doesn't hurt to have a couple of different flavors of it ready should the need arise. What a defense does to defend it when run by one guy may not work as well if it's run by a different guy.

I would like to see this lineup on Short Distance Goal Line.

RW--Martin-Fasano(OL)-Smiley-Satele-Carrey-Ndukewe(spelling)-Wilford
--------------Pennington----------------------
Long (FB)
Ronnie Brown

Straight up the gut Dive Play between Smiley-Satele--Carrey. You can even pull Smiley a bit and have him lead block for Long who is lead blocking for RB.

Yeah i think the more you have to account for and more guys you have to prep for will lead to much of the same what we saw yesterday meaning alot of big plays.

If Ronnie is taking the snap...Ricky out wide...Penny out Wide....Ginn/Bess in the slot
You could Hand to Ricky
Ronnie take it himself
Pass to Bess/Ginn
Reverse to Ricky who pitches it to Chad and he throws it deep to Bess/Ginn

There is alot of stuff to account for and really easy not to cover one of those leading to a big play. Now im saying we need to continue running this formation but occasionally so we keep that element of surprise...but then again if we run it early and it works well then keep going to it in that game till they stop it so it could be a win win

What about Henne he can throw it a mile....so a reverse and henne throws it deep let Bess or Ginn get behind the D and Henne throw it for the TOUCHDOWN
