Hands down Zach Thomas. We've never had a bigger over achiever in our history as he went from a 5th round pick, under sized, unknown linebacker from Texas Tech to the best linebacker in team history.

I'm a little pissed about that also.... He has what.... 1 or 2 more years left in this league? No trade value at all.

We all know why this happened, and that's because Parcells wants his big dudes in there, but Zach was always a small cat who played big all the time.

That was the wrong decision IMO. His talent always outweighed his value.

My favorite player on the team has always been Jason Taylor since Marino retired...so even though it stung quite a bit seeing Thomas leave I would only be even more heart broken to see the most exciting defensive end (in his prime) sack, forced fumble for a Michael Jordan TD Leap leave this team...

Would still wear JT's jersey with pride too.

Tough question though.

man this is too tough but i have to go with zach, he was supposedly this under sized linebacker who was a "reach" turned into a HOF player

jason is amazing and another HOF who was taken far in the draft and it will hurt to see him go too
