What player would you most like to see emerge this year for Miami -- Ronnie Brown, Vernon Carey, Jason Allen, Rodrique Wright, other? In a way it would be nice for a more obsure player such as Wright to emerge in a big way, but for me I'd love to see Allen come through. I believe strongly that Carey is already emerging, although his transition to left tackle is vital. Brown just needs some help along the offensive line and better play calling to become the type of back we need on offense. Allen would give a huge boost to the secondary if he reaches his potential. Your thoughts?

I debated a long time between Vernon Carey and Ronnie Brown... I really think Carey is viewed as one of the strong right tackles in the game and If he "emerges" this season then Ronnie should have a great season. Being a former University QB I was really leaning that way... but when I look at Ronnie I really think he can be a top 3 running back in this league. I really want us to show his versatility a lot more... make he play the screen a la Faulk. I honestly believe of all the players listed above he has the greatest potential.

From this list: Vernon Carey

I would really like to see the OL step it up this year and play together as one strong cohesive unit. Everything starts with the OL, the running game, the passing game, Trent Green's health. So it's of the utmost importance that they get the job done from the very beginning. Carey will be protecting Green's blind side, so his emergence as a top LT is critical to the Phins having a great season.

Soo many possibilities this season, I went with Ronnie Brown, a good running game can make a coach look like a genius. But my gut is Satele, we haven't had a pro bowl O-lineman in years.

On the "D" Jason Allen, and Rod Wright.

We need J.Allen to emerge at his 'original' position

I voted for ronnie becuase that would meen carey did real good to

but t Jason become a shutdown corner would be awsome

Wright because Traylor is probably playing his last season and we need someone to take over and dominate the way Traylor does.

wrights not gonna play the nose behind traylor... he'll be playing the 3-4 end so behind holliday or roth...

I am going to say Carey. The reason being if he steps up his game that mean the Oline takes a step forward, therefore making Ronnie, and Trent's job a lot easier, and our offense can succeed for the season.

I honestly couldn't select any one player. I want everyone of them to step up and give us another great Dolphin TEAM. With all the young players that we have, along with the good, if not great, veterans this could become an intimidating team for years to come. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of them to step up and not just succed, but dominate all opposition.

I would personally hope for Jason Allen to step up this year and prove that hes actually worth a first round pick. Also, because we really need some help in the secondary. We can have the best front seven in the league and we will still lose games because of the secondary not being able to stop the occasional "big play" where the qb throws like an 50 yard bomb. As a team we only had 8 interceptions all of last year and made brett farve look like the brett farve of old, so yea...Jason Allen.
