Who would you rather have as HC: Rex or Philbin?

If you could pick one coach to get ready for this week's game would you want Rex or Joe? Please. Rex is the answer.
 
I saw that Rex was telling his players that he is going to get fired. Did anyone else see this?
 
How about giving Philbin more time to show he can be a better coach than Rex. I understand the don't be a homer/accept mediocrity thing, and wasting time with bad coaches (Sparano), but can't the guy get 3 years to perform? The team hasn't imploded or anything(aka Cameron).

Oh. I see. Steve Spurrier in terms of his career has been worlds more innovative than Joe. So far, Joe has gone 7-9, been embroiled in a scandal in his locker room and is on the verge of missing a wide open playoff spot.

Spurrier's run and gun didn't work in the NFL. he did damage initially, but that faded quickly. great college coach, nothing in the pros
 
This team played hard for Philbin throughout the whole Martin fiasco. No reason to believe they won't play hard on Sunday.
