If Manny continues to progress throughout the offseason, then I think we've found a new "Traylor".. Holliday has had a good year as has Carter, I think it's a toss up with those two. If I had to choose, I guess i'd say Carter and I honestly have no reason why.. Just a gut feeling that he'll be more valuable ..

if you had to pick one

tough choice, i think they've all had great years, better than expected. traylor is great, frees up thomas to make plays but is a little injury prone. holliday gets nicked as well, has lost some time, but definitely exceeded expectations. carter is versatile, played very well, is a leader on the defense. i'd say carter. important to note that all three are quality vets, team-first guys. great role models for wright, roth, vickerson, channing. i guess salary cap is influential but i hope all three are back next year.

I think Carter has a true passion for this team, and is enjoying being a role model and mentor to the younger guys. Traylor played well and was a good run stuffer, but he doesn't seem to have his heart in it. Give me the guy that's bought in, especially this early in the turnaround.

After watching them play and I could only keep one, all things considered, I'd pick Holliday. Thankfully we do not have to make that choice.

Traylor has been awesome all year stopping the run. I see no reason not to keep him for one more year.
