It looks like there is going to be a lot of talent to choose from with our 2a pick in the draft so i was wondering who you would take at that pick.
The players that i think might be there at that pick who i like are
James Hardy (Wr) Kenny Phillips (S) Quentin Groves (De) Cason (CB)
Brandon Flowers (CB)

Im kinda stuck because i like them all so i wondering what you think
 
I don't think all those players will be available, but out of the 4 you have to take Groves.
 
yea well hypothetically if you had to choose between them cause i think at least one or two of them is bound to fall to us at that pick
 
Out of those you mentioned I would pick Hardy. However, if Flacco or Henne are there they would be hard to pass.
 
corner. I don't want Daniels starting.

1- J Long
2- Corner if he falls.. If a good corner doesn't fall, go for Tracy Porter at corner with pick 2b. and pick a DE/OLB with 2a
3- guard like Greco or Shuening
4- best tall TE available, parcells likes Big tall TE's so you can totally forget guys like Dustin Keller who are 6'2 and the size of a running back.

I wouldnt touch Phillips (way overrated) or Flowers with 2a.

Of the three left I would go:
Cason
Groves
Hardy

But thats just me....
 
Depends on who you take number one overall. If we take Jake Long, I think Quentin Groves would be a no-brainer. If we take Chris Long, I think Antoine Cason would be heavily considered.

Of course, their is a very strong chance that we take either Flacco or Henne with this pick, which I feel would be a mistake. This pick should add a very solid starter to our team, taking another QB this early would just add another question mark.
 
I would like to see: Depending on #1

Brandon Albert, Gosder Cherlis, Dan Conner, Cason, or Hardy

I would take James Hardy from the list.

But...

James Hardy = Top 17 Pick
Kenny Phillips = Top 25 Pick
Quentin Groves = Top 25 Pick

The other players should be there for our 2nd rounders. I would take Flowers between the two of them. He can lay the wood and great support vs. the run. I think a cover 2 team would suit him great. He will be a really good corner in the NFL.

Nobody knows who will fall and for what reason...ala B.Quinn.

After J.Long is taken first I'd love to get Q.Groves, he's probably the best pure OLB.
