I know this same thread is started every day or so but I figured since we are less than 24 hrs away from the draft, I would ask the age old question. Who and/or what positions do you want/not want?

I am stating the obvious here by saying that this is the first time in this current era and probably the first time I can remember that we are in position to take BPA instead of drafting a certain position due to need. Its not a secret that our likely two biggest current needs are guard and secondary. I am going to break down by position who I would be satisfied with the fins taking if they stay at 14. Starting on offense, maybe its just the hype and excitement that comes with drafting a skill player, but over the last few days I have come around on the idea of taking Todd Gurley. As for RBs, Gurley is the only one I would be ok taking in the 1st rd w/o trading back and acquiring more picks. I think we have too many needs and too few picks to take Melvin Gordon because RB is more of a luxury pick. I believe Gurley is an impact player and a game changer.
Although not a big need anymore like it was before the trade with New Orleans and signing Greg Jennings, I like the idea of drafting any of the consensus top 3 WR. I rate them, Cooper, Parker, White in that order. For the same reasons of not wanting to take Melvin Gordon, I wouldn't want to trade up to snag any of the 3 WR because we seem to have exactly enough picks to fill each need on our team. If we trade back into the 20's or with our 2nd rd pick, I think that next group of WR come into play (Perriman, Agholor, Green-Beckham, Dorsett).
There are no TE rated high enough to consider anywhere in the first, although I don't think as a team, the Dolphins are in a position to draft a luxury pick like TE.
The few OL I could get behind drafting at 14 are La'el Collins, Brandon Scherrf, and possibly Andrus Peat, although I would rather not go OL in the 1st unless we drop back and acquire more picks.
Even with signing Suh, we still need another DT since we lost Starks and Odrick. Danny Shelton and Malcolm Brown are the only two that I wouldn't be upset at drafting but I think I would rather draft one of the aforementioned players instead of DT.
The high end pass-rushers are deep this year and among the ones that are expected to be available when we pick, I like Bud Dupree and Randy Gregory the most. As we know, Gregory failed the drug test at the combine which after the recent Dion Jordan fiasco, he may very well be off of the Dolphins radar. Gregory reminds me of the Seahawks Bruce Irvin. Dupree reminds me of Javon Kearse. Now if somebody like Fowler or Beasley happens to be there, I think we can turn in the pick and not think twice about picking a position that we are stacked at for at least the next year or two.
In my opinion, 14 is a little too high for any of the ILB but at 47, they would present a nice value.
My gut tells me that we are going to draft a CB at 14. Due to the fact that Jamaar Taylor and Will Davis haven't been able to crack the starting line-up to start opposite Grimes, this makes me think that the team will take a CB with one of our first 2 picks. I feel I am in the minority because I like Trae Waynes a lot, but something tells me that the pick is going to be Kevin Johnson from Wake Forrest. I like the top 4 CB (Marcus Peters from Wash and Jalen Collins from LSU being the other 2) but I think 14 is too high for Peters or Collins.
For me, the 1 player I absolutely don't want to take in the 1st is Safety Landon Collins from Alabama. I just don't think he is a fit in our defensive scheme.

Here is a mock draft that I would love to hear comments and opinions about.

1. Devante Parker WR Louisville
2. Eric Rowe CB/S Utah
4. Austin Sheppard G Alabama
5. Ramik Wilson ILB Georgia
5. Gabe Wright DT Auburn
6. Karlos Williams RB FSU
