Listen all you Joey haters, before the jets game the annoncers were saying how the receivers dropped 32 of his passes and that was before the jets game all of a sudden i hear, cleo is the man, gimme a break he hasnt even played a full game, but yeah i know he's gonna throw 5 picks in the indy game an youll all say well its his 1st start, Joey is a way better QB and you all would have seen that if the receivers knew how to catch the damn ball. Cleo's a Lemon and he always will be he was 3 string for a reason! Oh yeah i watch when cleo was in alittle during the jets game and throwing into tripple is a good thing?

Look, I have back Harrington all year, and I wanted nothing to do with Culpepper, but the last few weeks, Harrington has just been bad.

I have no problem with Lemon starting to see what he can do, we have seen what Harrington can do.

And yes, our WR's have a share in this.

Kinda odd how the receivers magically caught the ball when Lemon was in the game (Hagan and McMike).....

Oh yeah dont forget that Mike M.sucks to but everyone will try to find a way to blame that on Joey too.

Who cares who starts the Indy Game. It's meaningless except for draft position. Just win the **** game:french:

Very true many drop passes this season. if you go back to the last 4 games Saban said it himself in the press conferences...chambers missed a long ball again this pass game right threw his hands...

JH is as useful as a second anchor on a sinking ship.

Detroit fans get a kick out of fans like you. JH spent 4 years there playing below average. But hey, Miami is smarter and better than Detroit...we can take their trash and make a treasure!! N O T!!! :shakeno: :rolleyes2
Didn't happen. He was a turd of a QB in Detroit and now he is our turd in Miami.

Is it really necessary to argue over who is the better backup QB? Neither is great. I have supported Joey from the start and hoped he would be the man. Nobody said Cleo was the man. People on here(including me) want to see what he can do when he starts a game. Joey was given an opportunity, he was inconsistent. I agree that the receivers did not help him out one bit.

I really was pushing for Harrington to be an outstanding qb. I like his attitude and heart and makes a decent backup for any team in the league. Problem with him is that he is very inconsistent. You can't count on him to be a starter for a succesful nfl season. Lemon has showd signs of being alot more accurate with his passes. I also like the way he moves in the pocket and works with what the defense gives him. Joey cracks under pressure way to much which is what his downfall is. I wish him the best and hope one day he will achieve his personal goals as a profesional football player.

It was just a few weeks ago that this board had it's share of people who wanted Joey to be this teams starter for years to come. Now there is serious debate as to whether or not Joey can even beat out Cleo for the #2 spot next pre-season :sidelol:

He has more interceptions then touch downs, his completion percentage is below average, his YPA is below average and his passer rating is below average. He has not played any better here then he did in Detroit so I see no reason to believe he will ever be truly successful in this league.

Bottom line is Joey Harrington makes a decent backup but is not the guy you want to build an offense around. So as far as I'm concerned you can stick a fork in Harrington because he is DONE!

As a Miami Dolphins starting QB anyway

Then again maybe since the season is over, Saban just wants to play cleo because he doesnt want to risk Joey getting hurt for the entire season next year, because maybe he is going to be our starter with a new offensive cordinater.

Just when you thought you'd heard it all...
