I am happy the search is over. Philbin gets his shot.
I honestly hope he can bring some GB assistants and Flynn.
Keeping Bowles was a good move to maintain some continuity on defense.

i agree, its been years since we have anything to be excited about with the dolphins but now ross has changed that.
 
I just don't have a good feeling about Philbin. Not only is he going to be dealing with the loss of a child, but I don't know if he has what it takes to be head coach. I have a feeling this might be another Cam Cameron situation where he will be in over his head and out in 2 years. Looks like Matt Flynn is coming here though.
 
I like it and I'll like it even more if we can get Flynn in free agency and Clements as offensive coordinator.
