Since Aaron Shea is now the QB Coach, and Moolarkey has been demoted to coach the tight ends...who's left as an option?

Since Cam is calling the offensive plays, I dont even really think it matters THAT much who becomes our next OC. I see our next OC as someone who will have very little say in what we do on offense. Dont get me wrong, 2 heads are better than one, but Cameron is the expert in the field so to speak

I dont see the use for one. Wayne gave Dick Saban what could have been the best staff ever and the main ones is still intact. Cam will call the plays and hopefully since Dick is gone our higfhest paid staff in the NFL can show why.

Why did we hire the backup tight end for the Chargers as our QB coach? Oh, you meant Terry Shea.

Bill Williamson, of the Denver Post, reports Denver Broncos running backs coach Bobby Turner could be emerging as the leading candidate for the Miami Dolphins' vacant offensive coordinator position.

He pulled that staff from his wifes sh** piles after he got done walking her. Thats why half of them are gone.
Befor they were forced to work with Dick they were all considered the top or near the top of their positions. Houck, Capers, Malarky, and even Garret were all highly thought of and that just showed what a loser we hired and gave control of our franchise too.

I think that's wonderful news for our team. Bobby Turner would be a great new addition to our already great staff, and along with the addition of Terry Shea we would have two good position coaches. CC is calling his own plays so Bobby Turner won't be anymore than a glorified position coach until he learns the system and CC's expectations. Plus, we would have a great coach to help mold Ronnie's running skills.

I dont necessarily mean the TOP guys...Houck, and Capers I was happy with...Mularky, I was VERY unhappy with from the start and knew that was a bad signing. I meant the little guys, like the secondary coaches, Strength coaches. ect...Most of the assistants

All I really know for a fact is that Wayne forked over more money than anyone else to give Saban and us what we wanted. The only thing I seen wrong about that was he let a loser have total control. I say give the ones that had a title but no control a chance without a Dick....Saban cutting their throats and tying their hands. BTW Dick was supposed to be the greatest secondary coach ever according to some of our "IN SABAN WE TRUST" (ohh the irony in that) fans and personnally took control of them.
