I also want to see Smiley announced on the Dolphins Official Site. The Sun-Sentinel has a blurb that the Dolphins are refusing to even mention that they met with him and that the deal only happens if he passes the physical. Could be a potential McIntosh situation.

Good call, Nub. But in all likelihood they didnt meet with him (he was signed at 12:45 AM), and so he is arriving in town for his physical tomorrow.

Doubt the signing would be called "done" by most media outlets if it was not 99.9%. This isnt Spielman's show anymore (thankfully!).
