Does anyone have any information on who's actually picking the coach? To me, it would obviously make sense to have Mueller pick the coach. Yet, it seems like all the reports with the interviews and Wayne's jet, etc. suggest that it is most Wayne's decision on who the coach will be. I know he's the owner and technically has that right, but shouldn't Mueller be in charge? I would have a lot more faith in Mueller is all.

Mueller is involved with the situation. That was in the PBP.

We don't know anything in regards to Mueller's input. And from everything I've heard, he hasn't been doing much at all, if anything.....

PHINZ RULE!!!

Somebody posted an article that stated he was part of the interview process last week.

I think it's Wayne ultimately with input from Mueller, Shula, Marino, Joe Bailey, and the CFO. He might try and build consensus, but ultimately I reckon he will be the one to make this deciscion. Especially if Mueller doesn't have hiring/firing power of the HC.

yesterday the footage of Mora leaving Miami had Mueller in it talking to mora and no sign of any other Miami officials so to me it seems hes rather activly involved.

three guys go into a room...an owner, a number cruncher and a priest...so, the GM turns to one of them and says...("!?!")

I'd like to think that if Mueller was making the decisions we wouldn't be in the mess that we're in currently in this circus of a HC search.

I don't think Mueller has been involved very much at all. That's why we haven't been hearing anything in regards to his where about's, or what he's working on ect ect, He's been the invisible man....

On the contrary, I heard that he was going to be an integral part of the interview process the second time around. how true this is is anyone's guess.
