the last one we had was junior seau right?? but now that he is not on the team anymore, who is the leader? jason taylor? zach thomas??
don't tell me it's nick saban, Im talking about players.
 
I'd say Zach, Jason and Randy McMichael. Maybe even a little Kevin Carter.
 
I'm not sure if there's one individual leader. My guess would be these guys: Zach, JT, K.Carter, and McMichael.
 
I never considerd Junior a true team leader, sure he had the qualities but

A: He was hardly ever on the field

B: He hadnt been here for years like Zach and JT

We dont want leaders, we want everyone to be self sufficient, Saban said it best last year

'Do you want a flock of sheep that needs a dog to get them going, or a pack of wolves where everyone does their part'

Wasnt those exact words but it was close
 
Jason Taylor, Zach Thomas, and Kevin Carter on Defense
Daunte Culpepper, Randy McMichael, Rex Hadnot on Offense
 
I think we have many leaders on this team.Carter,Taylor,Thomas,Chambers,McMike,Culpepper i could go on but theres really no need 2.

Zach Thomas-He's a veteran, been to the playoffs, smart, studies hard, has to be one of the, if not, the hardest worker on the team. He is also a class act. Oh yeah, he's also a kick a** LB!!!
