Who'se name gets called at 10:10 tomorrow morning?

Well, there is a ton of good value that I never dreamed would be here at 64. We could go biggest need and grab Charles Godfrey, or Justin King. Or we could go BPA and grab Dan Connor or hell, get another Wolvirine and get Manningham. We could get another D-lineman and grab Pat Simms, or go o-line and get that guard tat we'll eventually have to get and grab Zuttah.

Personally, with all the fantastic Day 1 worthy players here at 64, I'm hoping we trade down, maybe slide down 10 spots or so, but pick up an extra 3rd round pick, and grab a 5th back. I think that at 74'sh we could still grab Chevus Jackson, CB from LSU, we could go Anthony Collins and convert him to a guard, we could go Manningham, and grab a possible future number one WR. We could maybe get a safety and grab Tom Zbikowski out of ND.

If we stay at 64, who are you guys hoping we take? For me, I would be happy with any of th efollowing 3:

Dan Connor
Charles Godfrey
Jeff Zuttah

I'm with you.

I just have trouble passing on Conner. But if we do I will back our FO 100%.
 
More like 10:07 and I hope it's Dan Connor. Unbelievable this guy is still out there. He should have been a day one pick and we get to scoop him up in the 3rd.
 
I don't think it's Connor, we have picked up ILB's through free agency and trades. Manningham and Kevin Smith are good possibilites.
 
Connor is the BPA, and if you had told me 2 days ago that he would be there for the taking here, I would say snatch his a$$. But that was before the Ayodele trade. We have Torbor, Ayodele, Crowder, and a couple other fighting for that job.

IMO, drafting Dan Connor means trading away Channing Crowder, or his release.
 
Some of you guys are saying Kevin SMith because ROnnie is injury prone, and Ricky is RIcky....but Kevin SMith is just as undependable as those 2. The guy got a million carries in college, and wear and tear will set in soon guys I would really watch out for this guys durability...that could be a serious issue down the road.

FO might believe that the LB's in next year's draft are awesome and will stand pat with what we have. I think there's a higher chance the pick will be traded than us picking someone. If we do pick I could see us going with another DLineman - Moore can play DE, Bryant NT, Harrison NT, Sims can play DE.
 
Please Take Charles Godfrey, Antwaun Molden, or Carl Nicks in that order. If we trade down wed have to get 2 3rds or a 3 and a 4. Maybe TB will give us #83 and #120 for JT. We should grab Godfrey or MOlden with #64 then with #83 take Nicks,Collins, Greco, Scheuning, or McGlynn. I think we wasted a pick on Henne and should have went Godfrey there.
 
I'll merge two of the names previously mentioned and say RB Kevin Smith or WR Early Doucet. I don't know enough about the CBs that are left, but if there isn't a legitimate #1 corner out there I don't want to settle for a guy who can't cover. We have enough of those. We need another difference maker, and heaven knows whoever our QB is he's going to need more help.
 
Kevin Smith/Justin King/ Taverous Gooden.

Most likely Smith IMO even though I'd love Gooden.
