Why all the complaining? Isn't ANYONE better than Sparano?

We couldn't possibly do ANY WORSE than Sparano, right? A trained Monkey could coach the team better, right? If that's the case, then you should just be happy that he was replaced; shouldn't matter by whom.

Sure, McCoy (if named) may be a newbie coach (that most already seem to hate), who will bring in a new DC and likely a new OC. (Awesome, because learning a completely new system two years in a row should be great for our offense.) Can't wait to see how much better he does than Sparano would have done with Nolan still running the D and an Offense that was really coming together during the last half of the season.

Even though many never considered the idea that we could get a worse, or less qualified coach, we should all just enjoy that greener grass on the other side of the fence. Isn't it awesome?

But, as you know, Sparano is not the measure. The point is to get a really good coach, which Sparano absolutely, positively is not.

We'll have to wait and see how McCoy does, but there is slim to no chance he is worse than Sparano. That's not the question, though. The question is whether McCoy is the best possible choice. We'll see.

Sparano won the division his 1st season, but noone likes to give him any credit for that. Its as if Pennington coached that team or something.

Yeah...anything is/was better than Sparano+Henning+PP. I don't know what McCoy as HC will bring this team honestly, but I'm going to let him prove himself before I judge one way or the other.
