Why are ppl so high on tannenhill and so low on Flynn ??

I don't know why you'd include Moore in that group as he's worked out very well: 12th in league QBR, 4th in pure long pass accuracy, starting 75% of the Fins games but winning 100% of them including 6 out of his last 9 which is better than Sanchez did and equivalent to how Ryan finished out the year. Actually, I'm more impressed with some of the games Moore put up in 09 especially the one against Favre's playoff bound Vikings, when Moore took over a 4-7 record and got them to 8-8 with a helluva lot less with which to work than Flynn has had, and no similar self-operating offensive machine that he could plug into.

Ain't no way he deserves to be lumped in with those bozos and head-bangers...sorry.

Fine, not as bad, but still not good enough. Hes not going to win a Superbowl, lets just put it that way. Neither will Sanchez and Ryan, dont worry.

So you think Moore does not have the capacity to elevate his game to another level? If so, what specifically influences your assessment.

come on, lets keep it real here. Marshall helped him out big time this year. Who is going to help him out this year? If Moore was so good, why has everyone been wanting Manning, Flynn, or Tannehill so much? Hes not the franchise QB. I know that, you know that, and Jesus Christ knows that.

In some games, it can be argued that BM hurt the team w/ the dropsies many-o-times; or when he'd be ineffective in the redzone.

Well sure Moore isn't elite, but is he improving? How did he stack up against the other qb's in the league at season's end?

Being @ #12 in QB rating an indicator of being on the rise- first year out w/ the squad and all?
 
If Flynn signs he comes in to compete with Moore and the best man wins the starting job. If we draft Tannehill than he sits for a year or 2 behind Moore and maybe a vet. Moore has more experience than Flynn so I think he will be the starter next year no matter which route we go, but we'll see.

Youre reading too much into this QB rating crap. So youre going to tell me hes better than vick, cutler, newton, flacco, and dalton? He had a higher QB rating than Dan Marino's whole career, is he better than Marino now? Yes, he was impressive at times last year, but those wins were against some pretty weak teams. He came out flat against Philly. Like i said earlier, Marshall (and Bess) bailed him out in the Cowboys game. Then against New England, he decided to disappear in the 2nd half. We cant wait and see if he is going to improve even more. There is a free agent QB out there we can sign or a rookie that can turn out well. Moore is not the answer, good player, but not and will not be a Superbowl winning QB. Not on this team atleast, maybe if he was the staring QB for the AFC Pro Bowl Team roster.........

You tell me, did Moore perform (in his system) better than Vick performed (in his system) last year as a whole? Who was more effective?

BM and Bess bailed Moore out by catching balls? Or did Moore bail them out by throwing them catch-able balls?

Why exactly can't we wait to see if he is going to further improve?

How can you guarantee a free agent QB or rookie QB will be much better?

So winning a SB is not a team effort then? How much would Moore's productivity improve if he had a more effective RT and RG?
 
I think the whole idea of Flynn coming in to compete is probably best. Moore was pretty solid last year, he definitely is a QB on the rise
 
I firmly believe in drafting your own freaking QB. Not signing/trading for somebody's back up.
