Why are the Phins favored over Buffalo?

Accordig to Las Vegas... The Phins are either -2.5 or -3 against the Bills... why?

I give a lot of credibility to the Vegas odds... even when deep down inside my gut, I forsee a blowout, the smart guys in Vegas always seems to be one step ahead and smarter than me... When you look at how well the Bills have played the first two games this year, when you look at our defense and the rumors out of the locker room, every part of my soul is telling me to expect a total blow out with the Bills winning by 2 touchdowns or more... But the guys in Vegas dont see it the same way..

So what am I missing?

I know the 3 points home advantage... but IMO... we're just not good enough to hang with the Bills... so I wanted to get opinions from others
