I know the defense stunk it up today but man, I don't think I've ever seen an offensive player melt down as much as what I saw today. Ginn has talent and all but what he did in the 4th quarter was just atrocious. The game was on the line and as badly as we had been outplayed, winning the game with two good offensive drives and one defensive stop was still a distinct possibility. It's one thing when players are physically outplayed, but to drop passes on easy plays and trying to win the game on a single kick return by running backwards shows how mentally out of it he is compared to legitimate NFL receivers.

Whatever good he had established by having a select few good games and plays was completely demolished in the 4th quarter, at least in my book.

ginn was having a good game, and while its not excuse or making up for it, his head was completely defeated in the 4th quarter, along with every other dolphin on the field.

Our defense lost us this game. Our offense looked great taking the ball up and down the field at will. Yes Ginn made mistakes but he also made some plays This team put their heart and soul into this game and just didn't have enough.

Are you serious?, If Ted doesn't show up in the past two games we probably lose those games. The defense has to play better so we aren't in the situation we were in the fourth quarter. I wasn't aware Teddy was covering Randy Moss today.

If you are trying to say Ginn had as bad a game as J Allen then I think you were watching a different game from the rest of us.

Even if he would have Caught those passes we wouldnt have won but if allen would have played good D and not given up 3 TDs then we would have had a chance to win

Ginn tried to make something happen... he was making guys miss all day... it was stupid, but he was trying to spark his team

wow original poster u sir are crazy, ginn lost his head after the return but prior to that he had a good game, and while allen played on an island all day it isnt all his fault we only sacked cassel i think twice and that is why we lost, we have to get sacks to hide our not so good secondary

Ginn had an awful quarter of football. Before that he was having a good game. He's been improving a lot in the last 4 or 5 games and took a small step backwards. Nothing I'm going to sweat over. I'm not pinning all of this on Allen either. No pass rush and single coverage on Moss is a recipe for disaster for just about any corner.

i agree entirely the wheels fell off for the whole team in the 4th but he was playing well until that point. then he had a couple of easy drops and that absurd attempt at making a play on that kick return.

My God Jason Allen Sucks Someone Please Back Me Up On This.

J Allen and Crowder should be in the Canadian Football League next year or arena ball. They both have nothing. Time for the Tuna to bring in some real players and not stick with Saban's has beens.

I guess because Allen played on the defense responsible for giving up 500 yards?

My problem with that is that he wasn't the only one playing on the defense, there were ten other guys at any given time that were wiffing on plays everywhere. Allen wasn't responsible for those runs that gashed us up the middle, and some of the mistakes were as much due to scheming as anything else. When it all comes down to it, the defense was terrible as a unit all day.

I just think when you drop numerous passes with the game on the line, there really isn't an excuse. It's one thing to be outplayed or to guess wrong on a wrote, things like that, its another to make an absolute and total mistake like dropping a pass that is in your hands.

When its all said and done, our offense played pretty well today in VERY LIMITED time of possession because of the defense not getting off the darn field. But Ginn's mistakes crippled us when we needed them the most.
