Why are we having a hard time

Trading up??? I heard yesterday we "tried" to trade back into the first, and then again tonight at least once "trying" to trade up. What gives seeing that trades seem to be happening all the time especially in the first rd.

like these guys have said ... in the late first early second its hard to make moves because picks are so valuable at that point .. yeah teams have pulled them off .. but our late round picks probably aren't as attractive

I wonder if Ireland was lowballin them- thats all I kept thinking as our attempts failed. Overall though I like what Irelands doin this year- nice lookin draft.

Ireland is good late in the draft. Think Wilson last year and even gems after the draft with receivers like Bess.

I don;t know about low balling but the price must have been a lot, I mean NE had to give up 4th and 5th round spots to move up 4 or 5 picks never mind the 15 to 18 picks we were trying to move up from the 2nd round into the 1st
